I purchased System Assistant Pro but am being returned to the website to purchase the product again

Please activate System Assistant Pro:
1. Open System Assistant Pro (if not already open).
2. Click the ‘i’ button (upper right corner of program).
3. Click Register System Assistant Pro.
4. Enter your name where indicated.
4. Enter the License Key you received via email.
5. Click Activate Now.

License key does not work

Make sure you are entering your correct license key.  Receipt numbers are sometimes mistaken for license keys.  Please re-check your order information email for your correct license key. Some helpful tips regarding your license key:
1. Copy (Ctrl + c) and paste (Ctrl + v) of your license key is recommended.

2. The correct license key format for System Assistant is:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (five series of four characters).

3. If you’ve check the above and your key still does not work, please contact support at above email for a new key.

How do I uninstall System Assistant

Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8:

  1. Close System Assistant (if open)
  2. Click Start > Programs > System Assistant
  3. Click ‘Uninstall System Assistant’
  4. Click ‘Yes’ to continue with Uninstall and ‘OK’ when complete

Windows 10:

  1. Close System Assistant (if open)
  2. Click Start
  3. Scroll down to System Assistant
  4. Click the down arrow next to System Assistant
  5. Right click on System Assistant
  6. Click Uninstall
  7. Control Panel will open – click System Assistant
  8. Click Uninstall
  9. Click Yes to complete Uninstall
